Getting the projector/halo lights for a car or truck..
Say if you do get them, then can you just purchase any type of HID bulbs, or what? I know that the numbers make a difference, but dont remember exactly if higher the number, the bluer or whiter it gets? 
Now they seem to make projector headlights for alot of vehicles, and the bulbs on ebay seem a lil bit "cheap" for hid's or xenons "supposedly". Please chime in, I'd like to get a better understanding for this, and what would be good to look into when purchasin hid's, or xenon bulbs...
