My dad's been looking for a new car for a while now. Went looking from the Audi A7 to the new 7 series to a new 550i to a S550 to a E550 and finally looked at the new XJ's. He was originally looking into getting just the regular XJ, but they offered him a great deal on the XJL. This car is simply amazing, ride is smooth, lots of power, most comfortable seats front and rear, suede headliner, everything. Got a chance to drive it on the highway and it does beautifully on there. Here is the old beamer and the new jag:

Those are nice looking cars, but what about the Bentley pictured just to the right of the Jag?

 

I really like the new Jags.

 

The dealership is owned by Park Place, and it's a combined Bugatti, Rolls, Bentley, Maserati, McClaren, Jaguar dealership. The Bentley was out of question...unfortunately.

 

Interesting...one is clearly not like the others.

 

Mom drives a 550 M-Sport, dad has a XJL, you have a TL, and your little bro has a G35 coupe.

very nice OP my dad is also trying to replace his 750Li for something new and heard he also looked into the jag XJL but i think he also wants the Porsche cayenne Turbo S so i dunno but anyways looks very nice OP congrats to your dad im in fact looking at a XF supercharge myself too

 

He had a XF supercharged before the 7 series. He liked it but at the time me and my brother were just too big for it and it wasn't that comfortable seeing how all 3 of us were 5'11" either the front passenger was uncomfortable or the rear passenger was.

 

Really? I wonder when Park Place moved a 2nd Jaguar dealer in there. Hmm.

 

Park place bought millennium jag in Plano and overseas jag in Dallas. Their service department is where the overseas jag used to be.
