I dont care what it looks like to you guys, but personally i think its one of the better looking infinitis that i have ever seen, followed right behind by the G35C.

just saw a commercial last night for the new M, looks nice, has speakers on the seats next to the head rests (as if speakers were on your shoulders). Will probably be in the 50's

tl isnt in the same class as a m35/45. The RL is, and it looks a helluva lot more distinctive than this maxima-esque infiniti. The interior of the M is bland and in certain areas look cheap e.g. further back on the center console looks like they used cheap plastics. The RL's interior by comparison is stunning - there's a warm abience around it with a nice contrast of wood and metallic/aluminum accents. And no fugly ornage lighting.

BTW, What the hell is an audi quattro?

[SARCASM] hood + trunk + four doors + built by Nissan = Maxima. [/SARCASM]

I think the car looks hot, very well done, but hate the amber lighting. Also I'm kinda disappointed that most car manufacturers disable navi functions while the car is in motion, I agree it is a safety measure, but I can't even count the amount of times being able to use my navi while in motion has helped me.

looks nice, but has too many Altima and Maxima design cues - such as dash, fonts, styling etc. They should have focused on giving the car more of its own character... I know that would have probably jacked the price though.... this is probably quite cost-effective for Nissan.

also - I will never like the taillights.

I do see some Altima and G35S/X design cues but IMHO, that's ok. The 05 Altima is a sweet looking ride, as is the G35. With both selling at a feverish pace, it probably makes sense style the M along those lines.

The outgoing M45 was distinctive and had it's own style but it had little appeal to the market, thus it was heavily discounted and there are still few "new" 2004s floating around.

BTW, that Q45 looks like a 5.5G Maxima on steroids YAH!!!:

this may be personal preference but I don't see ANY Maxima in the above Q45... the Maxima has a grille and headlights that look similar just as any other car has a grille and headlights that could look similar - the Q45 is a bonafide beast all its own with its own personality... I think it has a lot to do with it being a bigger car.

I liked the outgoing M45 actually... the only thing that bothered me about it was the grille... it was a bad ass ride and fast as hell (340hp).... and I would drive one of those over the new one.... sorry but the taillights just look like ass and I wouldn't like to drive that car because of those. The grille on the old one, I can live with.

srika - waiting for more pics of that Q45

actually I take that back - the area around the grille of the Q45 - where the hood-lines meet... is VERY similar to the Maxima... the rest of the car? no.

I keep going back and forth between the GS, RL, and M45 on which one is the best. They all have their strengths and you really couldn't go wrong with any of them, but I still think they all fall short of the 5-series....especially if BMW introduces the 550i later this year

BMW really isn't that fast. Their cars are more for balance and agility.

I'd pick the M45 anyday over 5 series, just because it looks meaner and doesn't have those ugly headlight on the 5 series. But 6 serious is another story, it's hott

I've looked all over but its nothing but rumors at this point. I personally think they will do it with MB upping the E500 in the next 2 years to 350hp+.

....and with the M5 being 400hp (500hp w/power button), a 360hp 550i is a definite possibility as there'd be no intramodel conflict.

The M 45 needs to loose some of that tail light mass.

it's either ugly headlights, or ugly taillights. the choice is yours.

Analog clock definitely doesn't belong. I guess it also has a camera (zoom in, zoom out)?
