Good to know that they're taking full responsibility by covering repairs and rental car costs. Still very unfortunate for those affected by this.

I'd hate for it to happen to me though.

 

I know gas in a diesel is a major problem, but I didn't think diesel in a gas was that bad. I have accidentally put diesel in my Honda riding mower over a decade ago, and it still runs. It did run like shit with it in, though, and there was a lot of exhaust smoke. Makes you wonder how people couldn't figure out something was wrong leaving the station.

 

Nothing wrong with a little top oil, but this is a service managers dream. Up sell, up sell, up sell.

 

Bad thing for the station is losing the faith from customers. Bad press = bad business.

Nice to hear there going to repair any damages done.
