Lol! I work in an emergency room and do these drawings between patients. This one took over 3 weeks....

Nice. I had no idea anyone could work in MS paint like that. Have you tried paint.net, it's like MS paint with more options and a better user interface.

Once you get comfortable with any computer graphics program, the sky is the limit. Add a little bit of artistic ability/understanding and you get stuff like this; freehand; from memory.

Great job OP! I believe you did it freehand, lol.
