Well the interior comparison to Audi is the truth. Audi builds some of the best interiors. No doubt about that. Coming from my Audi to the G35 in test drives, yes the G35 felt cheap. But coming from my Acura or Pathfinder it felt very nice. It does have some cheapness in it, and I can find cheapness in any car. The car after being use to it has a very nice interior. Maybe not as good as the TL, but I was more for sportly looking, not luxury looking. At least I don't have the rattles, or problems with the seats. My G35 is solid.

Audi definitely makes some nice interiors. And this is coming from someone who used to hate them and think they were so dull and boring with tons of gray square buttons. Everything MY2000 and up seems to have much nicer interiors.
Also regarding the A4's handling - it's not so much the Quattro as it is the much stiffer chasis and body rigidity of the new '02-and-up A4 chassis as well as the sport package's upgraded suspension. It's actually better than the B5 S4.
