Unhappy Fuse Box Issue...Please Help

Hello everyone

I am having issues with my fuse/relay box (relay that controls the radiator fan)

I purchased a new relay but the fan still cuts off. When I wiggle the relay in the fuse box the fan sometimes comes on. Sometimes the relay slot gives power.

Do I need a new fuse box?

What could this be?

Thanks

Have you bypassed the relay to make sure that isn't the problem?

If you do that and still don't get power to the fan, then it's either power coming into the relay or to the fan. Then have those wires/connections checked out.

I have seen on a few fords where the back side of the fuse panel gets corroded and stops making contact. Have you pulled it apart to see if that may be the case here?
