the A5/S5 wasn't around when the e92 was released.. and in the coupe race, it was the best looking/most powerful. then the g37 and S5 came out, and it's engine (even at 300/300, and is still the fastest) again wasn't so powerful, and it wasn't as good looking.. but to each his own

I don't really think the S5 is as great looking as you guys are making it out to be. Honestly based on exterior styling alone I would go 335i>S5>G37. That may seem like the Infiniti is the loser but, honestly, what other car out there can even compete in this contest? At any rate, you guys keep hating and I'll keep driving!

not to say that the 335 isn't a great car because it is. and i'm sure they'll keep selling like hotcakes.
but in response to nokiaman's comments, there seems to be more hype with the S5 because it's new. the 335's have been out for awhile now, and there are so many on the roads.

When I first saw photos of the S5 i thought it looked huge, but after seeing it in person, it's actually a pretty small car. They had one sitting next to an R8 at my local auto show and they looked roughly the same size. The R8 is another one that looks bigger in photos than it is in real life.
