Acura NSX. Test-drove one.

Otherwise, the CLS500 is no slob either.

Yeah, with the economy being the way it is, it's no surprise the price tags of these cars are coming down. My colleague purchased a silver GTR for sticker this month, 76K I believe. He wasn't too happy when i texted him the link regarding the GTR transmission failures and warranty issues with Launch Control lolz.

With 5 additional R8s due in 2009 in addition to the silver one on the Audi dealership floor I'd say it's a buyer's market.

^The dealership around here in Annapolis gets 1 per year, and they mark it up by 40k. The last two they sold were spoken for a couple months before they even arrived, even with that markup.

And the fastest car I've driven is my dad's 535xi

Yeah, depends on local market conditions and supply and demand. The 2 R8s that arrived 1st quarter 2008 in space gray and metallic black, both with the magma red interior, sold at 50 K markup. Now, no markup.

BTW, my father is an Annapolis grad

Isn't 99 E46? or did they let the M3 linger a year or two into the new models like they did with the E92

Typo? There is no 04 RS4, only 2000-2001, and 2006-2008...

I've never had a chance to drive any quick luxury cars except my best friends '01 Audi S4 that is heavily modified. Between the S4 and my Roush 360R Mustang were about the quickest at around 0-60 in 4.5 seconds. The fastest I've driven was in my '02 Ford Lightning at 140. Also, I've test driven the Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT. That thing is a beast!

fastest would probably be my CL-S with all bolt-ons + 75 shot.

quickest would be my Legacy.

Although I did test drive an '08 M3 sedan, which would likely be faster than my CL-S was. Didn't feel all that impressive though, and not as quick as my Legacy.

i learned to drive standard in a S/C'd Integra Type R, but didn't drive it fast
rode in an acura EL and a civic both with k20's (the cvic burried the speedo past 125ish) the EL went about 125mph with traffic
haven't drove anything fast myself
My previous Cadillac i took to about 100mph
