But seriously, I know how you feel when you first curb a wheel on a new car. Ironically, I didn't curb the wheels on my first two cars in twelve years of driving. I've now curbed three of my TL's wheels, the first two within two years of owning it.
The Genesis Coupe is a great car. I sat in one at the auto show in November and was impressed. The best part was I could see out of the back. So many coupes these days have almost no visibility in the rear (Challenger, Camaro, 370Z). It was refreshing. The one they had was some orange color, I think. Saw an apple green one this morning. White is by far the best color. Black could work, but white really shows off the lines.
Anyway, looking forward to updates as your car progresses.

Ordered the Injen exhaust a few days ago, it should be shipped out soon. Here is a clip of said exhaust.

injen... i thought of getting that since i was gonna be getting mine for a little less than 700... but i dunno.. something about them made me not want it.. even for that price.. let me know how you like it.

Not too bad actually, with the windows up a lot of sound is reduced. Also, I tend to listen to the music at full volume. Moreover you get used to the sound, it isn't much louder than stock maybe 5dbs louder at cruising speeds. It's a resonated exhaust.

Injen, which surprisingly gave a good performance upgrade, more than I had imagined.

Talk to wheelsamerica.com a buddy of mine had some real bad road rash on his rsx aspec wheels, they made them look like new and he has a two tone gunmetal/titanium powdercoating on them now he paid about 110 a wheel. 1 day turn around, not to shabby I think.
