all i have to say is holyshit man the car is really fast, its a lil tight in the cock pit for a tall person like myself, its real fast threw all the gears i am so jealous of the the raw power i would highly recommend this product.

I bet! I saw the Speedvision Motor Trend test. The M3 was a tick off of the Z06 vette in every category. All that performance and room for 4. WOW!

Unfortunately the M3 is the only current M car that I have not driven. I started one up and revved it a little at the Performance Center. Did you think it sounded a little odd, kinda tinny? Oh, well, if it is that sweet who cares?

 

it had that kind of tinny sound to it , i mean it wasnt really noticeble once u put the radio up. hey did u drive the new m5? and if u did how was it

 

I've driven an M5 many times. Even up to an indicated 165 I even went to the M5 Driving Experience. It is a large car, but handes great and the power is phenomenal.

nice pics, i heard the lease prices are ridiculous i think i go a quote of 1300 a month, how is the interior, and when is bmw coming to ny so i can take one for a spin. thats a true autobon machine

 

The lease prices are crazy, no program and the interest rates are through the roof on this car (through BMW financial)- the car at MSRP is around $1050/month for 36 months (taxes and tags up front)....just to put that in perspective (my Dodge isn't much more). Plus, you can lease an M5 for $1000/month.

It is an expensive car, but is well worth it if you have the dough. The interior is very nice. The even I went to was for M5 owners and thier guests only. BMW does tour the country and have driving events all over the country, check their website.

 

hey i see u live in smithtown i go to molly blooms sometimes. 1050 thats not to bad my friends sl500 sport is 1200, but out of pocket would probably be about 10k.

 

thanx for the pic, i should just go into a random bmw dealer and ask for a test drive, but they probably would nt have one on the lot, when i went to buy my type s they didnt even have one on the lot to test drive, so i can imagne an m5

 

Oh, cool (small little planet we live on).....MB's is a good place, I just see too many people I know from the old days there (so if I'm not in a crazy talking mood, we don't go there).

I have a 36 month lease on the dodge, if I went 48months on an SL500 (the payments would be comparable) with the same money down (tax and tags up only).

There will not be an M5 to drive on the lot of any BMW dealership. Many dealers will have a 540i 6-speed, which is just a step down from the M5.
