the cop will issue a ticket for you for not carring your ID the penalty fee is like 75 or something, but if you bring your ticket and your driver's liscense to the courthouse, they will reduce it to 11 dollars.

It's a toss up. Some cops will be ok with it as long as you have id. Your out of state also so that's a plus for you. But some will care & give you a ticket for it. That's the worst you are going to get. As stated if you show up to court with the license teh fine will be reduced.
If it bothers you a lot, maybe someone in NJ can get it & fedex it down to you? Let other people drive maybe?

in florida there is a rule of that you can't get a ticket if you are 5mph above or less than the limit. Disreguard this rule and drive the speedlimit.

i noticed no one here drives the speed limit, especially on highways like I-4 and I-95
speed limit is 70 but no one does below 80MPH
also, no one signals when changing lanes

The turnpike is way worse. I'm doing 95 in the right lane & people pass me.
At least on I4 I see local cops pull people over. I rarly see FHP on the turnpike. They have a man power shortage I hear.

Ah stop whining like we drive the speed limit and use our signals in Jersey, and I heard if you get caught in FL without a license they take you to Polk County Jail and stick it to you in the pooper
