Definitely. These are talented and very patient guys, but honestly it's not that hard to do. if you have a good eye and some artistic ability, and a lot of time on your hand, you can do it too. I did this one using photoshop - no filters or tubes, just used the same technique. Only difference is I drew mine free hand first.

At a show at the Javits Center, i saw a new product that was a clear film that you can draw on with a special marker. You then lay it down on a then you lay it down on a wacom and use the stylus to trace over it. It was pretty freaking cool.
