Don't go on the internet and claim a car is yours if it isn't...

The rest is not aimed at you, just saying in general
Regardless of where it comes from I could care less, so many are stuck on the mentality that if you didn't earn it your spoiled brat. There are just as many poor douche bags as there are rich ones, the difference is people are jealous of the wealthy ones.
There is also a huge difference between being able to make the payment and being able to afford the car. When I was 17 I was making a lot of money for a kid that age, and foolishly I bought a flashy car, knowing what I know now I would have got a civic and saved the difference. I guess that's part of youth, making mistakes and unwise choices and learning from them. That said there is no reason to belittle others regardless of your situation.

Although I kinda wish I saved up for a couple more months and went all out and got an S2000. I don't regret my choice at all, my car is one of the best bang for your buck at the price I got it for and I still love it. When I was 17 I scraped up almost ALL of my cash and still only got a relative POS. Having a nice safety net for whatever it may be, not just a potential car problem is great peace of mind and I'm glad I did it this time around.
Stupid S2000 owners thread....

Why exactly is my residence in DC a "burn" then?

You sir, are overreacting.
I was simply stating a burn on the fact that you state that Maryland passes all the children within the school districts, while Steve commented on your residential area of D.C. where only 59% of kids graduate high school.
Nothing to do with you, just the area you live in.
Now I'm not sure if he pulled the number out of his ass or something,
nor do I really care. Just stating that it was a good comparison, and
therefore a burn in my book.
End conversation.

By all means, if you're going to be immature about the situation, fine with me.
Good luck overreacting with everything.
