Dodge tranny
 

i have an 05 dodge 1500 and i was parked with a couple of friends and we were sitting in the truck, it was on an we had no problem, then i felt the truck move a little so i got out and examined and i pushed the truck realizing it would move while still in park, well then later i got back into the truck started it put it into drive (its an auto) and i pressed on the gas, nothing happened. it was moving the drive shaft didnt move either. so i put it in park and it made this god awful noise sounded like a drum set beating as fast as possible with metal sticks coming from my tranny, anyone know how to fix it or what could be wrong?

Axle maybe?

We've had people sign up to ask questions about their Nissan Rouge, their Pontiac Grand Prix, their Nissan Altima, . . . . Now it's a Dodge 1500.

lol I love ALL cars....but if i were looking for an exact answer to an exact model specific vehicle....I wouldnt sign up for a different make and model forum :rofl:
