Fact. Only part of it I regret was not realizing retards would turn contraband into sex toys to make fun of me. As well chances are it wont be contraband for long. So I could really care less in that sense.

At the state level, perhaps. But, the Feds do not seem inclined to support legalization...just sayin'. Moreover, I can only imagine what a current or former employer would think about the quality of judgment displayed by someone who is posting pictures of his illegal drug paraphernalia on the Internet.

I wasn't referring to getting a job like mine. I was referring to unexpected circumstances that cause people to go looking for such information. Since I provide expert witness testimony across a whole spectrum of lawsuit types, I can safely say that such information is fair game in just about any kind of dispute; right down to a small fender bender. Regardless, more and more employers are doing pre-employment social media screening. Ultimately, you are correct that it is very unlikely that someone will dig up such information from our little corner of the Internet. But, why take the chance?
