Different types of tint film?

I tried searching but no discussion on the types of tint

So I got three cars that needs the windows tint ASAP!! (Atlanta can get REAL hot...) While comparing prices between some of the more reputable tint shops, I came to find out everyone seems to offer different types of tint. Assuming their labor/installation quality is equal, I can't really compare these pricings fairly not knowing main pro/con of the type of film they offer.

Here is what I gathered so far:

Ceramic film - May potentially fade in 5-10 years
Metallic film - Will not fade but potential issues with Radio or navigation coveraged due to rear windshield
Carbon film- No known issues.

Some of the manufacturer...

Formula one offering Ceramic and Metallic (Pinnacle, Classic, Ultimate and Premier Series)
Suntech offering Suntech

So what are some of these pro's and con's. Three vehicles are 07 IS350, 04 SC430 and 07 Silverado Regular Cab.

Thanks,
James

I know of atleast 10 cars with the Formula One Premier tint.

The one tinted longest ago (2 years now) still looks perfect. All the more recent cars still look perfect aswell.

I'm not sure which one the Premier is (metallic, carbon, or ceramic) but I haven't had any issues with my satellite radio antenna right under the rear window.

It has a lifetime warranty too (not sure if they all do) that will come in handy when your girlfriend smacks the seatbelt buckle against the window ( )
