Any time you have a choice between a hardtop or the same car with a convertible plus a penalty performance (weight, rigidity), the convertible is gay.
S2000 = Not gay.
Just about every other convertible = Gay.
The exception to the rule: Miata = Gay.

yeah but you grouped the SLK with the ghey group not the roadster group. The SLK is technically a roadster, and with specs close to a CL-S, the SLK350 I think moves the SLK class out of the :ghey: category that the 230 and 320 were in. And anything with an AMG badge is def not gay so that settles that for the SLK55.
I'd still get a base Boxster over an SLK350 though. But if I got a Boxster it'd be an S anyway, and I think most people here would save a little more money to get the S rather than get an SLK350 or a base Boxster. Not because of sexual insecurities, but because it's just a better car.

vert m3's are heavy as hell, if your gonna get a sports car a vert just ruins the whole purpose, makes it slower, its not as rigid in the corners
thats why they dont make the z06 is a vert or even removeable had top

i've been so busy at work that i havent had time to take them and post them. i should be ending work early tomorrow, so i should have no excuses. i've only put 50 miles on it, she drives it allll over. maybe someone saw her on 78 in nj/pa this past sunday?? i'll get off my ass and take some this weekend, her included

You should have came to the meet Sunday with it.
Maybe I'll have to organize a mini-meet next week one night so I can get to see it. Have yet to see one around my town, just those crappy 360s
And Miatas aren't that gay. A lot of guys like them at the auto-cross cause they are very light.
I guess it depends what you care about. If you plan on tracking it, get the coupe. But to cruise around in, verts are cool.

Rather have a coupe, don't like being exposed while driving- weather, other drivers, etc. Find the sun annoying enough while driving with the a/c on, can only imagine with the roof gone. I guess it would be nice during a cool night or the fall and spring, but I'd rather just roll a window down to get all the breeze I need.
