Hi all. I am looking at getting a Toyota Venza for my wife, she didn't want to spend more than $16k and wanted under 60k miles. I really wanted to find a mid-late 2000's Lexus RX but the Venza seems like the best alternative as it is larger and a little more upscale than say, a comparable CRV. I don't have experience with the Venza or Toyota for that matter, so I have been trying to get informed and read up. Anyone own one or know someone who does? Seems like common complaints are road noise and A/C that doesn't blow super cold. I mostly want to make sure the drivetrain is solid.


I've found 3 that we might look at. I don't know what to make of some of the things that popped up on history reports, looking for feedback on that and if anyone has experience with these cars. Thanks.

I've never liked the look of the Venza. I don't enjoy the styling or the lines of it when one passes by. Can't provide much feedback other than that so I'm really just a hatter..
