What do you think of the tires? I've heard mixed reviews on them. Apparently, they're not the grippiest are easy to control at and past the limit.

Officially, June 1st. There have been a few dealers that said they will give the cars to customers once they come in and then file the paperwork on June 1. But there are rumors Scion is now keeping cars at the holding facilities until the beginning of June.

Yep and yep. I still love the CL and I don't intend to get rid of it any time soon.

The radio is ugly as hell, but it actually sounds very good. I played with the settings earlier and it sounds great now. I still haven't paired my phone to it though, I need to do that.

The tires aren't bad, but they won't be on for long. I've broken them loose a few times already by accident. I can't wait to get stickier and wider rubber on there.

 

Dealer near me is actually getting first white auto frs tomorrow.

The more I see this car the more I want to test drive it. But June seems SO far away now. And I just noticed some asshole hit my rear bumper and broke off a piece of one side marker. Time for a trade in.

 

I had 18% on my Prelude, and loved it most of the time. The problem, aside from the cops, is the area I live in has very few street lamps.

Im still breaking it in but Ive gotten it up to 100 It picks up pretty quickly, as long as you are about 3k rpms. Anything below that and youre not making much power.

I've started a log on Fuelly too, and so far, Im very impressed with the MPG figures.

Also, I do have Sport mode on all the time when I drive. The stock tires really do suck, and whenever I make a turn the inside rear tire likes to break loose. If I didn't have sport mode on, it would cut power.

 

How does the stock exhaust sound? Is it super quiet like most cars now-a-days or can you actually hear it?

 

Its hard to say because they used they route intake noises into the cabin. I hear a nice growl, but its very subtle and I dont know if its the exhaust or the intake thing they have. Once its broken in Ill make some video clips.

Oh! Forgot to mention that Im having my friend clay bar, polish and seal the car tomorrow at 11a. I had no problem doing it myself on the CL, but he has way more experience polishing.

 

Tint will look real good Morgan. What is the lowest legal limit? 35%?
