City Roads= Flat Tires

Ok Our TSX has 8400 miles, At 3200 miles we got a flat tire, and had to get a new one. ($200). Now another tire went and we got to get another one.

OK by our house they are doing construction and expanding roads and shit, so we keep gettin nails in the tire. I am taking about the big ass square ones they use in cement.

Is there anything I can do against the city....

Call 'em and ask. Tell 'em they need to clean their shit up on the road, and pay you $400 for 2 tires

Been there-- I got small nails & bolts through tires on two vehicles (twice through one tire!) at various points in time while visiting the library in a developing area. At least each of the holes was small and patchable (in tread away from sidewalls) @ $15 per tire.

You should file a claim against the City, with copies of the tire receipts and photos of the nails and where they were when your car struck them.
It may take a couple of months before the city responds, and it may respond by either denying your claim or sending you a check.
G/L!

You have to prove that the nails were left in the road by the city. I think that's going to be tough to do.

Buy a road hazard warranty when you get your next set of tires.
