I am checking out a few vehicles and this keeps popping up. The cars still have lots of warranty, but one of them has this "Body Electrical System Checked" every 10k miles or so. Does anyone know what that means?

 

Quick google search shows it can be a lot of things.... from a standard dealer/shop system check to the owner possibly doing some aftermarket work (stereo, lights, etc), then having the electrical checked out.... to electrical issues.

Best bet would be to contact the seller and have a dealer pull the VIN to see what exact work was done....

 

When I recently sold my car the carfax showed it was reportedly stolen 3 years ago .
