My floor jack won’t get high enough to lift my wife’s Acura.
I was going to use a block of wood but then I found these jack extenders in a google search.

Looks like a great idea. Anybody tried these?

How high are you trying to lift it??

 

I dont see why they wouldnt work...I have the opposite problem with my low ass car...have to drive it up on 2x4s just to get the jack underneath...

 

I once got a set of hard plastic "pucks" that fit into holes on the frame of my Corvette that gave an extra 1.5 inches of lift, and protected the frame from the jack scratching it too. Not sure who the manufacturer was, but I got them from Corvettes of Dallas. Guy there named Jeff orders all their stuff and would know the supplier name if you are interested...

 

Get a jack that lifts higher?

 

I've never heard of jack not being able to lift an Acura high enough. What do you have, a 4x4 TL or something?
