I have a problem with my 03 Accord 5speed manual. My problem is that when i am breaking and at a stand still postion my car will keep reving it self at 2000 rpms for about a second or too before it finally drops down to one... Im not exactly sure what is going on i took it to the dealership for its tune up and the car came back fine but now the problem seems to be happening again. Does anyone know what is wrong with it?

 

Sounds like an intake leak.....

 

Ya, it might be a vacuum leak like stated above. But it could also be your TPS sensor, or your idle air valve.
