Car issues

Hey Guys,

My friend has a honda civic del sol and she is having issues with it. If you guys could maybe give me an idea of what the problem is that'd be great. Here's the issue:

She tries to start her car sometimes and it will click but it won't start, it wont' crank either, it just clicks. She'll do it a couple times and then it will start. But the problem is it doesn't do it every time sometimes it'll go 2 months without ever doing it again. We know its not the battery because we tested it. Somebody said possibly fuel pump or starter. What do y'all think? Thanks in advance for the help

if it goes click click click its most def the starter, what happens its that it gets stuck and when you do it enough times it starts but one day it wont get unstuck so you should get that fixed. i;m 95% sure its the starter so just go ahead and fix that.

yeah redcl is definitely right, its the starter, had the same thing happen to my accord, as it did it occasionally at first, then with more frequency until it finally died, you could try what i was doing for a while and thats to always try to find an incline to park on, or maybe not

Happened to my wife's car a while back. She said it was the starter. This was on a 91 Plymouth Sundance though.
