Car Broken into
Just leaving for work this afternoon and find the door on my 92 Integra slightly open, upon further inspection my steering column was torn apart (assuming attempt to hotwire, thank god it didnt work as I dont have theft/collision insurance) and both change compartments were removed. Aside from change, only a utility tool and my stereo warranty/receipt were missing. Seems weird that the perp took my receipt but not the stereo itself (not complaining though)
Anyways, cops said there was nothing they could really do and i'm not too bummed about it as nothing of value or importance is missing. Anybody else have any similiar experiences?

Wow, sorry to hear.
Somehow someone got into my TL a few months back but they didn't take a thing.

Someone broke into my old Accord years ago, shuffled through and rearranged all my stuff, and ended up not taking anything. My Ray Bans, spare change, CDs, stereo, etc ... still there.
Someone else finished the job a year later and totaled the car.
