2nd pic reminds me of something of and Aston Martin but that third pick says I'm wrong.

Tires looks like Bridgestone RE050's...I know the Nissan 350/370 has those as stock but that's not a Nissan unless it's an aftermarket body kit.

This is gonna bug me!

I'm stumped. Usually I'm really good and have an eye for these things. Hell, I guessed that a member here had a Jaguar XF just by seeing the quarter panel and a small part of the quarter window.... but now I have no idea.

the 2nd and 3rd pic look like its off of a DB9, but no Aston Martin has a grille or surface like that in the 1st pic. Looks more like its part of a park bench than anything the top doesn't connect to anything, it tapers off and there's nothing above it

Its an AM DB9. Look at the second pic and then look at where the hood edge meets the top grill bar in this pic:

Bumper vents are the same too..
