The Ford GT has got to be maybe one of the best, if not the best, looking exotic sports cars on the planet.

But personally, I'd take the Z06. Not only for its raw power, but you could buy three of them for what you might expect to pay for the Ford GT.

I'm not surprise the Z06 cleaned the GT's clock. He has close to 100 cubic inches of engine displacement on the GT.

Yes Ford did a hell of a job better than Chevy with the inside and exterior.

Both cars in a totally different ball game. The Ford GT is an limited run exotic that should look and perform great. The Z06 is a mass produced sports car that should look and perform great also, but maintain affordability as well.

Then, all that vette would need is a cam swap, then bye bye everything this side of a Veyron.

Z06 too much money!!! I'm gonna get this for the C-6 I just bought http://www.airpowersystems.com.au/corvette/c6.htm , all at a total of $64k , car $54k tt setup ~$10k. Good for around ~650 whp/trq.

Doubt it, IIRC a pulley swap and intake alone nets the GT around 650WHP.

The interior should be better on a car that costs 2X as much as the other

my expectations usually aren't wrong; and they weren't in this case. Regardless, both are sick ass rides in their own right.

btw, does anyone know that song?? I know I've heard it before in Man on Fire

it's called 'the mark has been made' by NIN. very good song, used very well in man on fire as well. it also has a nice little extended ending on the live album 'and all that could have been'.
