M3 has but not C32 - Park dist control
C32 has but not M3 - Rain sensor, Rear Sunshade, Integrated Hands-free cellphone, Digital Dual Climate Control, Auto-dimming driver side mirror
IME, my buddy's 03 M3 has creaks and rattles....lots of visits to the stealership to fix them. I've had one rattle and it was fixed. I tend to like the carbon fiber interior trim better than the aluminum. However, I agree that the interior can be better for the price new.

M3 manual tranny without a second thought.
As far as modding the G, how do you run headers with a turbo upgrade? Wouldn't the Greddy kit come with special headers to mount the turbos?

I have a C32 and I love it. It's got 4 doors, decent trunk space, and some good useful amenities. The only thing is the some of the dash components seem a bit on the 'cheap' side. Between a new C32 or a new M3, I'd pick the M3. There's actually a C55 coming out this year. The interior has been freshened up.
I never even considered this car until I had an opportunity to buy a used one at a great price. I was actually considering a used M3 or a new Z/G35C as well. If you don't need the 4 doors and would like a sportier car, I'd go with the M3. If value for your dollar is what you're looking for, I'd stick with the Z/G35C. Either way, before you pick a car, I'd test drive them.

I'm sorry but I would never pour that much money in any Infiniti. Maybe a 3-4 year old one. But egads, the mods will be worth more than the car.
And don't sleep on the C32. I went to a Benz driving event with it last year and it was an unbelievable car.

SL and E are both very very good looking, that I agree. However, I would only buy SL500 and E500 because they are so similar with their AMG counterparts. If I want a four door high performance luxury sedan, I would lean more towards M5. If I want to spend more than $150k on a car, 911 Turbo or Gallardo or 360 Modena all come to my mind ahead of SL55 AMG. Besides, I am not a big fan of open-top vehicles. SLR can never justify its price. NO CAR is worth more than $300k, unless it can fly in the air and as fast as at least a helicopter.

M3 then maybe the S4 2.7T version. I don't know enough about the C32 but it doesn't grab my attention (the performance does). These cars are in a different class from the G35c, but I would still consider this car because you can do plenty with it and the money save by not being the others.

Right, that's why people keep saying "nice car" everywhere I go and others eye it to death at red lights.
If the car is so played, then why isn't everyone who wants one driving an M3?....think on that one.

Yes the M3 is a nice looking car but most people in Suffolk County are used to seeing horse and buggies driving around. I think that’s why you’re getting all the attention.

If I lived in LA, I probably wouldn't have an M3.
You should join your friends and get one, that will make 6 of you....can be like a little club.

the m3 is a league above the g35coupe....here in ny, esp. long island and the affluent part of queens and nyc, g35coupes are more common than the new accord coupes....dont get me wrong there are quite a few m3s around the island, but i doubt i see more than 2 a day MAX (e46 m3s)....i will note tho that 4 some reason I do see more e46 m3 convertibles than coupes...go figure lol
btw beltfed, were u on 347 this afternoon heading east in ur STi arnd 1-1:30ish 2day?

Seriously no comparison man. Of those three I'd take the M3...forget about the G35...but in my choice for that money I'd buy the Volvo S60R over all of them in a heartbeat!!
