Bye Bye Tl-s Hello Cts-v
Well this may be my last thread here. I just traded in my 02 TL-S for a CTS-V. I pick her up on Monday. I can hardly contain myself. The CTS-V has so much freakin power. Thanks Soopa for this site and I'll see you on Halo2.

Congrats. Stop by once and a while. I'm a former Acura owner, and I do.
How about some pics of the CTS-V?

My dad has one of those. Other than that stupid skip shift (1 to 4) thing, he really likes his. Pop doesn't hold his cars too long, so when he's ready to move on, I may consider buying it from him... depends on how much it's worth at that point. As much as I love my CL-S, I'd take the CTS-V over it... Actually, as my wife is pregnant and due in August, it'd be more convenient than the CL-S. Speaking of that, I wonder... is it possible to secure a baby seat in the front seat (no passenger airbag)? I would love to roll up someplace with my daughter in the NSX!

Good choice! I drove for the first time a regular CTS with the 3.6 motor, I was pretty impressed! Aside from that I was driven in a CTS-V, but the '04 model, I felt like I was in a 4 door Vette. Good luck!

I like the car. I've asked people about the styling they either "love it" or "hate it" IMO it's kind of a sleeper of a car because you think caddy as your grandpa's car. also you think it's a boat no big deal. you nail that Vette engine and you're gone. take the WRX Sti or Evo for example they are "expected" to be fast with the big wings, and hood vents, and rally inspired cars. I an CTS-V wouldn't mind having one if I either :
a. had money for a beater so i could put it up in the winter
b. it had AWD because RWD with that much power in the winter= in the ditch if you aren't real careful.

Nice choice on the Caddy. I expect a FULL REVIEW.
Oh and I wouldn't buy an auto V6 from Honda/Acura ever again. I think we all know why.

This is probably just another glorified “goodbye” thread.
