U.S. Marshals Service to Auction Forfeited 2001 Diablo and 1997 Diablo Roadster on the Bid4Assets Web Site

The online auction for the 2001 Lamborghini will be held December 13 - 15, 2004 and the online auction for the 1997 Lamborghini will be held on January 11 - 13, 2005, on the Bid4Assets Web site, http://www.bid4assets.com/USMS. Bid4Assets has been conducting asset sales for the U.S. Marshals Service since December 1999 to include residential and commercial real estate, luxury automobiles, aircraft, boats, jewelry, timeshares and financial instruments.
The blue 2001 Lamborghini Diablo has a 12 cyl/6.0 VT engine, 5-speed transmission, 18-inch Pirelli tires, CD/radio, leather seats, power windows and locks, alarm system, cruise control, power breaks, and driver and passenger side air bags. The odometer reads 13,201 miles. Bidding for the 2001 Lamborghini Diablo starts at $65,000.

The red 1997 Lamborghini Diablo Roadster has a 5.7, V-12 engine, five speed transmission, mag wheels, driver and passenger side air bags, roll bar, alarm system, leather seats, power seats, windows, mirrors and locks, AM/FM radio and CD player. Maintenance records will be available with the vehicle. The odometer reads 1,100 miles. Bidding for the 1997 Lamborghini Diablo Roadster starts at $60,000.
