what im trying to do is make it so that my high beams are wired so that they come on by themselves or with the parking lights. that they dont just have to come on with my low beams. (97 CL 3.0)

Why would you want to do that? You want to blind people unnecessarily?

Go buy some PIAA after market fogs, or do you live in the ghetto?

are you thinking of some JDM cars where the middle is used as a fog light? I don't think you want to drive around w/ just the brights on. I know a lot of Japanese makes have the middle section of the headlight is designed to be used as a fog light so the light is directed towards the ground.

Or you can add a city light (small bulb in the high beam housing) to kinda get that look, but it won't provide any actual light output on the road.

And this has what to do with fog lights? Why can't you put the 9006's in the 9005 slots and keep high beams for when you need a beam to be projected...you know...higher. How about making a coherent post if you want a reasonable answer?

I think I understand what you are trying to do, but why not get after market fogs. They will probably be the best thing for you to do. It doesn't really matter too much that the highs will be focused to be fogs, because when you are driving behind someone they will assume you have your highs on. So will the cop on the side of the road. I think it's too much of a hastle.
