I didn't have a good experience there. I went for a test drive, ended up waiting over 30 minutes in the showroom before anyone even asked me if I needed help. Then I was told they didn't have a TSX demo at the time ( ), so they took my phone number and said they'd call when they had one. I never heard from them.

I asked other people about their experiences there and didn't hear one good thing. Several women told me they were told to "come back with their husbands."

I prefer Precision down in Princeton. Been going there for service for 2.5 years.

It's too bad, because Bridgewater is 10 minutes from my house, but I'd rather travel an hour down to Princeton than go to them.

I walked out on Bridgewater once and then with my second car purchase ending up buying it there. First TL I bought the sales guy name was Vince or Vinny - he is a complete ass. He thought he was giving me the deal of a lifetime - maybe in his mind he thought he was. Springfield Acura buried his "best offer" by more than 5K. Plus the guy - as previously mentioned - was just an ass. The second time I bought a TL - I figured I would just use the local BW store to test drive etc. But got hooked up with a different saleman - "AJ" - real nice guy. Got the price I asked for and not too much BS - I mean the guy still has a job to do - but he kept it to a minimum. I would ask for him.

Now their svc department is another story. Again, they were sooo close to my previous house that it was hard not to go to them - but they could not fix anything I brought them. One issue with my 2004 TL was the passenger rear door was slightly sticking out. They could not fix it they said - or they said they did the best the could. It was exactly how I left it! So I actually turned to this site and might have been KJSmitty? (I forget the name now) who told me how to fix it and - I did - so that really pissed me off that they either did not have a clue or did not care - either way - my trans recall did not go to them - nooooo way. Anyway...AJ would be a sales guy I would go back to.

Sorry to have written a book here good luck.

I went to service the tl there once, never again. They claim they have wireless internet, but from my experience the signal was so weak, only the ssid of the network was showing up.

Bridgewater Acura is trash... went in to test drive a 6MT TL... said it wasn't possible and instead drove a RSX-S, oh and this is after the fact I just drove a 3-series. Spent an hour there 'getting information' and to schedule a TL test drive ...Never happened...
