Valucraft
Duralast
Raybestos Service Grade RED
Napa cheapos (Brembo Blanks?)
They're all in the $18-$30/each range, with Duralast being most expensive. Should I just get the cheapest ones?

Out of those choices I would go Raybestos based on my experience with brakes. Don't go near napa tru-stops I've had them wear out in under 10k miles on numerous vehicles. Raybestos are always quiet and wear well.
I don't know which is best. I've used Brembo blanks with no major complaints but I can't necessarily vouch for them over other brands.
Just be sure to bed your brakes properly:

I forget what brand the front rotor I put on my tbird were (from autozone), but for $16 or 18 each, I didn't much care
My brother and I found out that the Autozone in East Providence has better prices then the local ones... The East Providence store has more competition, so while they wanted 16 or 18 for the rotors, the other autozones wanted mid 20's...
