g8 and cts-v are the cars i'd consider from gm.

very nice pick-up.

once a 6mt is available for the g8, it's gonna be a serious contender for my dollar.

Very nice! How do feel about the overall build quality/ fit an finish/ interior materials?

I'd like to support GM, this and the CTS are primary contenders.

Congrats on the new car!

The 2009 GB GT has Bluetooth as a separate option, IIRC.
I hated the On-star option; a factory Navi is not a high priority for me.

THANK's guys!!!
Here is a pic of when I picked the car up. (No the golf cart wasnt for sale)

The G8 is a VERY powerful car compared to the CL-S6 as you would think. The gas mileage is respectable for this size car and hp. I am getting anywhere from 17 to 24mpg so far! I avg'd 22mpg on the CL-S6. Build quality is very good. Materials are better then average compared to previous GM. GM has def improved material quality in all of there cars...Good Job! Audio is decent, same as the bose in the CL-S but with the sound of the V8 who really cares! The exhaust is very quite, I may upgrade to a Borla cat-back exhaust later down the line. The ride/handeling is VERY good! I am still breaking the car in but this car can handle, just have to make sure the ass doesnt swing around! Braking is also VERY good with little to no fading for such a big car! I just got the tints put on yesterday and WOW what a difference!

Overall I am very pleased with my purchase. I WILL recomend this car to anyone that wants a four door sport sedan!

BTW: There was a CTS-V on the showroom floor...pure sex! Just had to mention that!

If I ever get off my ass and get either a GT/GXP it's definitely going straight to Tune Time for some goodies.

blk on blk... nice color combo... i was looking at one when i went shopping for the GS... the only thing was that it was out of my price range for now and can't afford a new car yet... i think out the door before negotiating the salesman was already down to 27.9k... but that is because my friend was buying one too (he took delivery last week) but they are pretty desperate to make sales so i am sure you got a banging deal nonetheless...

the car handles as well as the BMW 5-series... and is prob now the best bang for the buck vehicle... two of my cousins work for Holden in Melbourne and told me about this car a few years ago... i tried to get an inside tour but denied...

i seen a few Commodore SSV when i was there last year before they were released in the states... it is an awesome vehicle... i am sold - the aussies know how to make a great car...
