(Typo....Alpina).

No - it's not a Z3 roadster.

It's a 375-hp V-8 Dodge Viper look-alike.

MSRP: $136,900.

What the big deal. The Z-8 has the 400hp M5 v8 and looks identical.

i sat in an apina z8 becuase the place where i did my internship was working on one...

trust me, its different, the whole interior feels different. i would check the torque numbers because they bore the block out for more displacement. the gagues becomes center mounted with a round lcd which shows your gear directly in front of you....

trust me, its hot (but i would still take the normal z8)

There is a Z8 around where I live too....I looked twice. It is once thing to know what they are and another to see one. The same with the 850. But with those they blended a bit better.

Bah, I love my CL. (and the $60K that I saved by not buying one of those....used....)

A Z8 with a slush box and less power.....great.

Anyway, my dealer had a silver Alpina in for service the last time I was in (the wheels are hideous).

Doesn't matter, never really liked the Z8 or its plastic rear window.
