BMW 3 Series adds a Club Sport model

From autoexpress:

A performance version of its 3-Series Coupé is being launched by BMW. Called the 330 Ci Club-sport, the motor is set to plug the gap between the 330 Ci Sport and mighty M3. It will also rival the Alfa 156 GTA and new Subaru Impreza STi, and be priced from £31,500.

Features include a new aerodynamics pack and chrome tail-pipe, while leather sports seats, an M-badged hide steering wheel and chromed dials appear inside. BMW has also taken out 20kg of sound-deadening material to enhance the driving experience. The car sprints from 0-60mph in 6.5 seconds and its top speed is 155mph.

For the price why not just get an M3 and get it over with, 'cause with options and shit this will be very close to the M.

Read about it awhile ago, don't know why they made the bumper look basically like the M3's (that would annoy me as an M3 owner)....remember reading that its going to be a $5k package, so I'm curious how many people would order it anyway.

Estoril blue (custom order).....hot

I agree with the price concerns. When I priced out a well equipped 330ci non/nav the thing tipped the scales at 41,700!!!

The M3 was only 45k and didn't need to have much added to it compared to the 330.

No brainer if I was the buyer.

0-60 in 6.5, i would think it would be faster than that, i thought the regular 330 did it in about 6 flat.

Estoril blue is awesome......its not like Leguna Seca blue, which is Smurf supreme. They don't match at all with Estoril blue
