Placed an order for all-season floor mats on acuraparts.net. Final price was $20.31. Acuraparts outsourced it to Acura of Bellevue, WA but neither one informed me of such. Price charged to my cc was $46.68. Contacted Acura of Bellevue and was told by Shawn Finger (that’s his real name) that one of their people, Johnny Woo, had called to inform me that the lower price was an error and that I gave the OK to go forward with the order. That’s complete BS and an outright lie. Immediately after receiving the floor mats, I returned them. I thought I’d pass on this information to you all.

I've also had a bad dealing with Acura of Bellevue. Would never ever try to do business with them again.

acura of bellevue is known to sell their cars expensive around here. If you lived in wa, you wouldn't have believed that price in the first place. from my experience with them, it was good. although i didn't buy my car there, they helped me out to get a test driving going and answered my questions. general manager was extremely nice too

It's called the 'Bellevue Surcharge'. I think it starts at about 10% more than any city to the North or South. Co-Worker had an air filter system place in his truck in Kent for $310 (quotes were $310-$370 there) it was quoted at $400-$475 in Bellevue. Same experience with me when I was a BMW owner. They must have some additional taxes we don't know about.
