Best Halogen Bulb
My wife and I recently sold her '09 Civic coupe for an '07 CR-V to make more room for our newest addition. I want to replace the H4 halogen stock bulbs for something that is brighter without having to go HID. I have used Sylvania SuperStar 5100k before in Legend #1 and they worked well, but after putting them in Legend #2's high beams and seeing their dismal performance compared to the Xenon bulbs, I would like to find something with better performance. I did a search, but couldn't find what I was looking for. If someone knows of a similar thread, please point me there.
Which brand of halogen bulbs is the best performer when it comes to luminosity? I would the light to be whiter than stock, but really I am looking for the most lumens to increase visibility at night. You know, "Safety First!"
I do realize that I will get what I pay for and am willing to spend if the bulb is that good.
Thanks in advance.

I recently bought a set of Osram Nightbreakers for the H1 high beams/DRLs in my Elantra. They are so much better than stock and a very white, virtually no blue. Here's a photo with the stock low beams for a color comparison.

I have these on my Accord's low beams:

Although not exactly the HIDs on my MDX, I definitely notice a stark difference between these and regular halogens when my wife comes with the Accord to pick me up at the train station after work.

Are PIAAs any good? I have only every heard good things about OSRAM, so I assume that is a safe route.

Whats up with RDX owners?

I ran the Silverstar Ultras in the low beams for a few weeks. There was a noticeable difference from stock.
For high beams, Ive heard great things about Night Breakers.

I dunno which ones the best but I think it will go as you get what you pay for. When I replaced the HID's on my 00'tl i didnt wanna spend $100 bucks for bulbs so i got them from a vendor here, forgot which one. But i got 5k's, the color is nicer, but there is less light. I paid like $35 for a pair.
