Best Car around 30 K

Best Car around 30 K
I am looking for a car with a very beautiful interior and exterior...
I love the TSX but I am just looking at other options...
Nothing more than 32 K
I don't want an American brand...
I want a Luxury Sedan...
6 cylinder option would be nice...
Navigation system would be nice as well...
I am currently looking the Lexus ES, IS, and Acura TSX and TL. If that helps you in determining the type of look I am going for...

I am not quite sure new or used yet I am just looking for a feel of the market. The 2009 models are coming up some to be completely redesigned like the TSX...
I can go around the 30,000 area even towards 33-34

If you can wait, the redesigned TSX and TL will probably be interesting...
And if you stretch a bit, the 135i is also coming out @ 35K... 128i will be 30K.
Depends if you want RWD or can live with FWD...
For myself, I think I'm going to buy used next time...

Yeah, I am waiting till September for this purchase so I am hoping the TSX will at least be V6! I know it probably won't but that the only thing stopping me from going the TSX route!
The altima's interior reminds of the RDX

Depends what you want from the car, I can easily see why people like all of them, they all have strengths and weaknesses. For his budget he could probably get a new G35 Journey(non nav.), easily a new TSX, or IS250. A ES with any options will be over his budget, as would a new TL, or 3 series(the 1 series may be too small and is not a sedan). If you want straight line performance the obvious choice is the G35, if you want cornering/fun to drive factor I would go with the TSX, if you want brand cache in a quiet cruiser the IS is your ticket. Having owned two of the three I just mentioned I would go with a TSX in a heartbeat, speed is not everything.

^There are two completely different car companies. Honda has a long experience with 4 cylinder motors. The power is around 200 horses and its certainly not a bullet in a straight. However the engine revs high, makes a nice noice and definitely a sportier drive from a TL...I think you should test drive and make an opinion for yourself regardless what your dad says. In an era where gas prices can only go up,having a four cylinder makes more sense and is a plus to me...

That is my exact thinking with the 4 cylinder so I am going to have to go test drive this baby. Anyways, the IS also seems very interesting...Is the AWD 250 worth the cost?
I am planning to go the Navigation system and Mark Levinson Audio Package...
Think I should go with just the nav or take the package? How is the audio system onboard?

It's an inline 4.

If you're looking new, then you should eliminate the TL and the Lexus. OTD they will be more than 32K with Navi.
The TSX is a nice option, but I think you will regret not getting the V6.
If you go used, then all of those are possible options and I would go drive as many of them as you can find.
A new Maxima may also be within that range or a used G35.

I got that price for a Lexus IS 250 RWD with navigation and sound system...
Just waiting for TSX 09 and then making a decision...

Go CPO ... Get a good warranty, a straight car, and normally they are gently used.
No point in taking the depreciation hit when you can save yourself some $$ and get a good used option instead.
Unless I find oil in my backyard I'm not buying new again any time soon.
