im trying to figure out which is the best one so i can patronize it in the future
im going to Oakland acura today for a check engine light, ill post my experiances later

 

I got my car ('04 TSX) from Mike Harvey Acura, and personally did not like the experience, and getting your service there is even worse. It seems like they're always rushing you outta there.

I go to service my car at Serramonte Acura and they have really good service, and it's remodeled too.

Anyway to sum it up Serramonte > Mike Harvey

never been to oakland.

 

well, i went to oakland today....to sum it up...BULLSHIT

they wanted to charge me 130 dollars just to find out what the code was

then i mentioned that i wanted to have the 2 and 3rd gear clutch pack checked out before my warranty expired, they wanted an additional 130 for that

so, they wanted 260$ before any work was done

on top of that they said it would take 4 hours to get the diagnostic
i told the guy that taking a code reading would not take that long, and he gave me some shit that the code is just a hint



i need a cheaper dealership, what the hell is up with this 130$ just to find out the problem....BULLSHIT
