Has anyone taken the badges off the 3G TL? In badges I mean the word acura, the letters TL and the Acura symbol. If you have when did you take them off and did you notice a difference in color on the paint?

 

What color is your car? That does make a difference...
I de-badged my black CL-S after 3 years and I didn't notice difference at all.

By the way, this is probably a question better suited for the 3G TL forum. There are probably 100's of de-badged 3G TL's in there...

I debadged my SSM after 2 years and there was no differnce in color.

 

the words 'acura' and 'tl' can be removed but i'm pretty sure the 'A' isn't stuck on there so if you take it off, you'll have holes in your trunk lid.

 

i removed mine after one year on my NBP.. no difference
