Automotive Brand Pronunciation

OK, I feel weird trying to actually say some of these Japanese brands like Tanabe, Tein, 5zigen, etc.

How is it Tein really pronounce? At first I said Tee-en, then I corrected myself and say Tain for Tein products.

But how do you say Tanabe? I've never really said it in person but in my head I pronounce it Tan-nah-be. But then that sounds like it has to have two n's so Tah-nah-bee?

And 5zigen, oh man it's tempting to say five-zigen but I think there's more to it than that.

How about PIAA? Hahaha, Pee-ah?

Sorry if this is a repost.

The number 5 is japanese for "go" thus you say "go-zigen"

Tanabe = tah-na-bee

Tein = tain (rhymes with rain)

PIAA = I spell it out.

There was actually a thread a while back on the tein pronunciation that concluded with me calling the tein headquarters and straight up asking.

It's pronounced TAYNE, as in rain.
