Aston Martin DB9

My nextdoor neighbor recenctly purchased a DB9 and he was out washing it yesterday and he said I will take you for a ride to dry it off and of course I immediatly said yes. I got in and I was surprised because the car looks fairly big but it is actually quite small on the inside. Now I have ridden in alot of nice cars before Porsches Ferraris etc. but the interior on this car was absolutely gorgeous. There is leather, real wood, and suede everywhere. Hey puts the key in and pushes the starter button and out came one of the greatest noises I have ever heard from a car. Now I know the DB9 is a fast car but not compared to other super cars in it's price range, but he gave it full throttle in second gear and the thing was just ridiculously fast. All in all it was an incredible experience.

The DB9 is by far one of the best looking cars on the road. Hell, if Jeremy Clarkson gives it the nod and review he does, it's the shit.

One of the best things to come out of England in years.

Hey jealousy, hey jealousy...

Somebody needs to post a pic of the gauges, too. It resembles a fine watch.

I've walked past a few in the city idling at a stop light. As soon as the light turns green and they tweek the throttle every "car guy" within a block radius instinctively gets a semi and starts looking around to find the source. Such a wonderful, gutteral sound from such a beautiful machine.

thats such a true statement.

I've seen a couple around my town and honestly they are beautiful in all respects. Like mentioned before the exhaust sound is just heavenly.

There are no nice cars in Boston. The only thing you tree-huggers drive are Prius'.

He's actually been one to knock their own cars lately. Look at the review of the Phantom. Then again, that thing is hardly a true Brit. There's tons of parts and work of zee Germans on that car.

Those guages are also pretty unique. The tach on the right rotates counter-clockwise while the speedo rotates the normal clockwise.
