anyone know what the issue might be?

well heres what happened. i was a a stop sign, as i proceded to go forward i hit it kind of hard. at first i was fine but then i think i lost traction or gave too much power i dont really know. i saw the (!) symbol on the dash light up and then the speedo needle started bouncing between 6800-7500 rpm (just an estimate) it happened kind of fast. then afterwards i got this vibration. the car cranks up fine i guess the gears shift fine, its just during acceleration i get this vibration and the harder i accelerate the harder it gets to the point where the entire car vibrates like crazy upon hard acceleration. i talked to serveral people and they think it might be inner axle joint or differential. i wanted to get your opinion.

Without going further, and without knowing exactly how you're accelerating, but are you sure you aren't activating the traction control? Is the surface that you're accelerating on slippery? Or are you accelerating hard on a dry surface? Much of what you describe is similar to a car activating it's TC while under hard acceleration on a slippery surface.

If the car is moving on a dry surface and you continue to experience this symptom, then it is most likely driveline related. Is it rear or front drive?
