The msrp was $51,699
Didn't realise the TL A-spec was a 50K car... maybe he's confusing the MSRP with that of the RL ?? Heck, you can buy a RL tech for $42K...

51,699 must be a typo. $50k = RL/GS/5 series

So who's going to ask him to change his description? What a load of lies.

If HE spent $51k for the TL, new, he was obviously taken.

No- the guy is supposedly in Florida.
My guess is that he came up with the $51K "MSRP" as follows: MSRP of car = $36K, $11K for "A-Spec" body kit ( w/o wheels??!) and about $4K for the AEM CAI, "racing suspension" and Proformance exhaust (assuming it's done, but using stock tips).

The rest of you with modded cars are just afraid to add up how much you put into your cars!

Just think what the car would cost if it had a Acurzine Sticker.

Nope. Here's my breakdown from when I had my TL:

TL: 35000 (MSRP--I was one of the first people ever to own a 3G TL, and I paid for it)
A-Spec body kit: $727 from group buy with Hondacuraworld, $200 install
18" RonJon Devotions 1pf + Kumho Ecstas: $2600, $100 install
Comptech RSB: $99, $100 install

Total: $38,826 Not even close to $51,000!

The $51,000 is probably what he'll end up paying after his 6 year loan + interest. You gotta figure this tool has a 15%+ interest rate.

Yup. It's entirely possible this fuckwit paid $52k for an A-Spec TL. It wouldn't surprise me at all.

"I have yet to see one like it"

"get an average of 30 mpg"

"The A-SPEC Package is $11,000"

"Racing suspension"

"It has 60+ mor HP then a regular TL"

Uh...okay den.

The guy is either an idiot or a liar. Probably both.

Thankfully, it looks like he didn't (Bid History = 0).

This kid (definitely has to be a kid) deserves to be castrated for trying to pull some BS like that ...
