Am I rushing too fast?

I have been looking to trade my S14 for a 350z a while.. I checked out this guy's 350z on last friday, and we decided to talk over the weekend to make some sort of negotiation. I have been trying to get hold of him past two days, but no respond. Well, I did get a text from him yesterday saying that he will call me later tonight (sunday), but no call.

I really liked his car, and he seems to like my car as well.... I'm ready to make some of deal, but I feel like I'm rushing/pushing this guy... Am I?

He told me that he has to get rid of his Z because he was in finicial situation where he wasn't able keep his Z. Here we are, he is not returning my call and taking his sweet as time.

Any advice would help..

You should look at him not returning/calling you as a sign. I think you are rushing this guy then you might regret it later.

Well, maybe he should've told straight up saying that he isn't interested in trade. I hate wasting time/energy wating for this guy to call me back.

I guess I will few more days...

I think it's rude for someone to not call when they say they will. If they need a few days to think about it, then be honest and say so. Give him a couple more days, then move on if he doesn't respond. No sense in wasting your time.

Thanks.

And I'd give him a day or 2 more at most.

Calling him like that = Signs of desperation on your part

...Hence putting you in a bad spot for negotiation. Gotta imagine there are other 350z's out there that would meet your needs? It's a buyers market, remember.
