I actually like those new Odysseys.
Nice looking interior, and the shifter placement is great for a minivan/truck. I wonder why there aren't more companies that follow suit?

Congrats! We picked up an '08 Touring last year and love it. Didn't think I'd ever need a minivan, but it's been really nice to have with the kids and their stuff.

The Oddy is not bad for a minivan and the new gen actually looks good. We love our '07 Pilot better, though, it handles like a car except in high-speed turns and looks a little butch. (Kisses wife for not being into minivans.)

Congrats. How does the fit/finish and materials compare to your other rides? I always find it interesting how the luxury marquees compare to the regulars.
If we had to get a minivan, this would probably be it. But we'd definitely get a loaded Touring version so I'd not have to hang a navi on the windshield (cheapens the whole interior to me) and deal with those ghey rims.
Having said that, we're getting the same mileage from our QX56 and I'd MUCH rather drive that all day long compared to the....(respect the van) Odyssey.
Different strokes for different folks....Congrats though!

So far so good. Not as boring to drive as many might think, the engine is peppy enough for such a large vehicle, the steering is beautiful quite similar to the E39's and it's a very comfortable ride. It makes our trip to Costco and Home Depot easier for sure. The EX-L comes equipped with some nice goodies as well, XM Radio, Back-up Leather, sunroof and automatic power doors. Everything works like it's supposed to, no rattles so far. Good people carrier.
