Acura TL/Lexus GS Crossbreed.

I was driving around campus and spotted this car. apparantly, i've heard about this car since it was done at the same body shop (ultimate colission- edison, nj) where my CL is being repaired at. the dude at the shop mentioned this car after asking him if they had body kits for my car since i need a new front end anyway. he said they do all of their own custom work ($50p/h), including manufacturing body kits.

i think the design is unique and i do give it mad props, just not to my liking. i like the styling of the TL as is.

what rims are on this car? i want em for my car!

btw, i get my car back this week after 5 weeks and $9,200! yey!

fool needs to learn how to stay between the lines, or he could catch a nice key job to that custom work.

Ummm why?

If you hadn't noticed he isn't partially blocking another spot. He's parked over a unused portion of the lot...

I think he parked that way on purpose so that no one touches his car, I know I do that often.

This car is pretty unique.

Yes, we have seen this b4, he posted his work here. I like it, its different.

YuppieCL's pics are actually much nicer than the ones he posted initially.

He goes by njzprettyboy on a couple of the boards, including A-CL.

He is an idiot for parking in 2 spaces. He is an idiot for that conversion. The proportions are all wrong. :ghey: :ghey: :ghey: :thumbsdn: :thumbsdn: :thumbsdn: :ghey:

Why. On a Accord or Civic, I expect this. From an ACURA owner? No wonder no one takes Acura serious, crap like this.

Why don't I put a Bentley Grill on my GS!?!!?!

Back in the Mini Truck days, I remember a guy had a Benz Grill on his Mighty Max, the sticker on the truck said "MitsuBenz"!

Yes but a motorcycle could easily fit in that spot.

That's pretty funny.
Here in western chicagoland, you are much more likely to see an IS with some ghetto body kit on it than on any Acura.

Maybe when you see it on a Lexus it is a "bold design statment".

He's not taking 2 spots...he's parked in the last spot of the row. The yellow line is creating a box on the floor signaling that there is no spot there. He is a little ass out though. :P

First, it's a bodykit, that is different.
Second, everyone has a knock-off ALtezza light, no matter aftermarket of factory( Mazda 6, Mitsu Highlander etc)

You don't put different car parts on your car, period. Honda and Acura owners are the majority, like 98%. I have never seen a BMW or Benz with Infiniti or Acura parts. I have never seen an Audi with a Lexus steering wheel. You do see many Hondas and Acuras with any part but theirs....

I could not BELIEVE when just last week, riding next to me was an 95 Accord with GS headlights. You are :ghey: for that mod.

Dude, why are you so bitter about this? Whats the big deal it aint like YOU OWN THOSE lights, big freaking deal. They are round lights, true, Lexus has them as well, and he put them on his car to make it look custom. Whats the big deal, he tried something different. Dont be afraid, we are not trying to steal shine from your auto V8, your manhood is still safe.

I any of you followed his earlier threads he put the GS lights in because the factory acura HID got stolen not once... BUT TWICE! hmmmm if you got your HIDs stolen twice would you want to put the regular HIDs in a third time to get stolen?? Your a dumbass if you say yes. Rather then get pissed like a little kid and decide to sell the car because of the stolen headlights he decided to try something different and very unique. A++++ on the work because it looks damn good.

FUCK all you haters

I will have to take a picture of the Prelude in my apartment with Accord headlights that are literally strapped in - there is a huge gap and they point upwards. That along with the "chameleon" paint job with drip marks make it a real classy car.

At least this Acura is well done, looks like some excellent body work. As for the looks -

I'm not a 'hater' but it doesn't look right. It's out of place on that car...kinda like Michael Jackson's nose. I'm sure that kills the resale on the car as well.
