Acura states TL-S does 0-60 in 7 second range.

Acura states TL-S does 0-60 in 7 second range.
Here are some statements from Acura:
1 - Type S, S stands for Speed
2- "It accumulates speed incredibly quickly 100kph (60miles) in the seven second range)
3- "The car is fighting sub-seven o-60mph
times.."
again this was said about the TL-S.
Also, something that was even more interesting, is that Acura's is saying stuff like the following:
1. The car takes off startingly fast, but before you hit the throttle hard, pause for a moment to think about what 260 horsepower really means. A comparably priced European luxury car like the Audi 1.8T has just 150 hp. The BMW 325i has but 184hp. The infiniti I30 has 227 hp, and the lexus ES300 210 hp. Even Volvo's S70 T5 comes in under the TL Typee S at 236hp. To find anything near to the Acura's powerin a comparably sized passenger sedan made by some other marque you have to spend at least 10 or 15 grand more, and you''l likely still come up short. For example, the Audi's A6 has 200hp, and BMW's 530i just 225hp. The Mercedes-Benz E320 has 221 hp, Saabs top of the line 905 Aero 230hp. ..

ooops forgot to tell you my resource,

well, most of those cars mentioned above are german, which are rated horsepower by German DIN. Take a 330ci for example... 225hp... it can beat a 260hp type-s. hope this doesn't offend some people, but its true.
and also a type-s with headers and intake is well around 300hp at the crank, but it ain't gonna beat a 300hp supra. and yeah, not even a 240hp s2000. It's the build on our car... The power is good, but i don't think it was built to perform.
It needs RWD, needs manual, needs a better weight ratio (63/37 is terrible), and it needs to go on a diet (3600 lbs is kinda heavy... but i guess it would lose its luxury appeal).
